Christmas With Grandma & Grandpa Wozniak

The kids opened their gifts from Grandma & Grandpa this morning. It was fun for them to be here & get to see them open their gifts. Carter & Claire got DS games and Kate got some Frozen figures. They loved everything!

Carter's Zelda Puzzle

Carter got this Legends of Zelda puzzle for Christmas. He and Cory started putting it together on Christmas morning and finished it the next day! They had a fun time working on it together. After it was finished we got some puzzle glue and glued it together so that he can frame it and put it up in his room.

Christmas 2015

We had such a wonderful Christmas morning. Carter & Claire were excited to find new bikes and Kate, a new scooter. Carter got a lego set, a couple of DS games, a Legends of Zelda puzzle, Converse shoes, slippers and a book.

Claire received a new digital camera, a diary with a voice activated password, Labyrinth board game,  & a clock for her room.

Kate got a karaoke machine, some Frozen toys, Lego Junior & some clothes for her doll. 

After breakfast, we spent the morning outside while the kids rode their new bikes and then worked on Carter's Zelda puzzle. 

Spreading Christmas Cheer

One our very favorite Christmas traditions is doing the twelve days of Christmas to a special family. We wrap a piece of the Nativity and each day we drop off a piece, for 12 days. This year we picked Claire's friend Mayzie, and her family. The kids loved running to their porch and dropping it off and then running back to the car.
Carter, Claire & Kate also wanted to buy a few gifts for their family, so we did a little shopping and wrapped up some presents for Gredtl, Mayzie, Clark, Betsy & Susie....and mom Katie!
This morning we went to their house to drop off the gifts and as we were getting ready to leave, they pulled up to their house and we were caught!! It was ok though, we had printed out a paper that said it was our family that had done it. They had no idea that it was us!! It was so much fun and I'm so happy that the kids wanted to do for another family!

December FHE/Caroling

We had a fun time going caroling for Family Home Evening. We started out at Tom & Marci's enjoying a chili dinner and then we went caroling to 4 houses. Once we got back to the house we had some delicious hot chocolate and cookies. What a fun night!

Claire's Class Christmas Party

This afternoon was Claire's Christmas party in her class. I worked with Ms. Bailey to plan the party and it went really well. The kids had fun decorating a cookie, making a craft and playing bingo.  They also had a book exchange.
We are excited to start our Christmas break now!

May The Force Be With You

Cory & Carter have been waiting for "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" to come out for such a long time! The day finally arrived. They are actually seeing it a day before it officially comes out. They met up with Carter's friends, Daniel & Ryan at the theater & watched it together. They gave the movie 2 thumbs up, but I'm sure if they had more thumbs they would have ranked it higher!
